p61 Terms & Conditions
and Agreement

This document is the official agreement between the p61 platform (https://p61.mom) and its players. From the moment you access the platform, you are considered to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

p61 prioritises player protection and fair play, and has worked to put these policies in place. Players are encouraged to read and fully understand these terms before playing.

This agreement remains in effect for as long as you continue using any service on the platform. p61 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you accept those changes.

1 Age and Location

• Players must be at least 21+. p61 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under 21.
• Players must confirm they are acting of their own free will and are not playing under any external pressure.
• Each individual may only open one account. Attempts to open shared accounts to claim bonuses will be refused and the accounts may be closed.
• p61 employees, family members, and affiliated individuals are not eligible to receive promotions or bonuses.

2 Account Registration and Verification

• Players must register with accurate personal information. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• p61 may request additional documents to verify a player's personal information. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process.
• Players are solely responsible for keeping their accounts secure. If your password is compromised, contact p61 immediately.

3 Deposits

Deposit methods available at p61 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks for all methods.

• Deposits are usually processed instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact p61.
• Players must only use payment methods that belong to them. Do not request transfers from third parties.
• p61 may carry out checks to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.

4 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Attempts to withdraw via a different method may be declined.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Once a player's identity verification is passed, the withdrawal will be processed.
• p61 reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal request it considers suspicious pending investigation.

5 Welcome Bonus — 150%

The p61 welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit — up to 200,000 Ks. Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 25 times the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus for a total of 50,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks. If you deposit 280,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks for a total of 480,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.

• This bonus is available on the first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• If you attempt to withdraw after claiming the bonus without playing, the bonus will be cancelled and only the deposited amount will be returned.
• If p61 detects any bonus abuse it considers improper (such as multi-account abuse), it reserves the right to void the bonus and any related winnings.

6 VIP Card Cashback Policy

Players can progress to Bronze, Silver, or Gold VIP tier based on their wagering volume. Cashback rates are —

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback amounts are calculated based on each player's wagering history, and bonus funds can be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.

7 Prohibited Actions

p61 reserves the right to close the accounts of players who carry out any of the actions listed below, without refunding any remaining balance —

• Opening more than one account to obtain bonuses (Multi-accounting)
• Playing using automated systems (software bot, script, automation tool)
• Making repeated deposits and withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering
• Colluding with outside parties to abuse the platform (Collusion)
• Depositing using another person's payment method
• Attempting to hack the system or exploiting bonuses

8 Invalid Game Results

• Any funds obtained unintentionally due to a technical error may be recovered by p61.
• Game results caused by a game software error will be considered void, and any costs will be refunded to the player.
• p61's decision is final, and records will be reviewed to ensure a fair outcome.

13 Service Guarantee

p61 works to keep the platform running continuously, but technical issues (server maintenance, internet outage) may cause temporary service interruptions. p61's liability for any losses that occur during such interruptions is limited.

• p61 is not directly responsible for losses caused by faults from Game Providers — however, we will investigate and resolve any such issues when they arise.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions (to play or not to play) are solely the player's responsibility.

14 Changes & Termination

• p61 may change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Continued play after any changes means the player accepts those changes.
• If p61 finds that a player has violated the terms and conditions, p61 may close that player's account and retain any remaining balance without refund.
• If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can send an email to [email protected] to request closure.
